I just wish since holiday stuff was out.....holiday music was playing... Just didn't have that holiday feel.

Nice place however their prices are insane. However, the staffing needs a lesson in customer service and they should know the prices! If you put something on sale the cashiers while know about it! I don't see why the customer is the one who has to go back take a picture of the sale to show the cashier! Waste of time!
Took my first trip to Hicks Nursery from Staten Island. It was well worth the trip and definitely not my last. It was so much fun walking through the various sections of the store beautifully decorated from Halloween to Christmas. The staff were so helpful and it was obvious they enjoyed working there that made me love the store even more. Even their Apple Cider and Apple Cider Donuts were delicious. Can't wait to go back.
Went to hicks for the first time yesterday...it was the best place I've been to since Disney world...what a fun day...too tons of pictures...great apple cider, Apple cider donuts and beautiful merchandise...planning on going back after Veterans Day to see Christmas decorations and plan on going for every season plus more. We live in Staten Island but so worth the trip...my cousin Georgia told us about it and we are forever thankful...we had a blast yesterday with my cousin & sister Marcia...thanks for having such a beautiful... read more
I love the holiday decor and displays.Their merchandise is great but way over priced!
Always has a cute walk through for the seasons and free pictures with characters for the season so don't have to spend a penny if you don't want to. The merchandise is beautiful but overpriced but mostly great quality
I love Hick's. They have anything and everything for gardening, decorating for the holidays, and lots of DIY ideas.
Very nice place glad we stopped by. Will be back again
