We went to visit Santa today and arrived a few minutes before 10. We were standing in front of a sign that said "30 minutes to Santa from this point", great, totally manageable with 4 small children. Unfortunately, Santa arrived late & our line didn't move for a good 20 minutes as there was no one managing the line or how long each family stayed with Santa.
