Ok so normally I do not use face book to complain, BUT I am today. My family shops at Hicks Nursery and I am loyal. I spent a small fortune last year and earned a customer account coupon for $95.00!! Of course I didn’t need anything for my home at the time so I shoved it in a drawer, and then I completely forgot about it. ( my fault I know) but I found it this past weekend and thought hum.... I love this place. My family and I have been coming here to see Otto since I was a kid, and now I get to take my girls! Such friendly customer service as well!
Employees, employees, employees. Anybody can have great merchandise--which they do--but it ALWAYS boils down to who works there and how they respond to the customer.
I love Hicks!! I always have.
Otto the ghost for Halloween and Christmas
We love taking our son to hicks to see Otto the ghost and later this year we’ll go back for the Christmas displays. We LOVED making out scarecrow this year. Nick, who was running the booth was amazing and really helpful in showing my son how to stuff the scarecrow. Also the the hayride was nice and long! Much better than past years and Hicks had two hay rides going at the same time=much shorter wait times! Hicks, we loved yo before but now you’re even better! Keep it up!
