We have been going to Hickory Vet Center for many many years and have always been treated very well. They are now taking care of our 4th Golden Retriever. Dr Silcox is also participating in THE MORRIS ANIMAL FOUNDATIONS LIFETIME STUDY on cancers by taking various samples yearly and sending them to MAF. Thank You Dr. Silcox for helping with the future of Goldens!
My family has taken our four dachshunds to Hickory Vet for the last five years or so. I call for an emergency at 6pm when they don't close until 7pm and they say, "Sorry, no appointments available. You have to take your dog to the emergency vet." Mind you, they have two doctors working now. My dogs are fine to take there when they are healthy and I have my first emergency and they can't see me. We will be taking our dogs elsewhere and I will let everyone know how much they valued my business.
