My ceiling caved in 2 weeks ago most of the ceiling is missing in my bathroom and has yet to be repaired. Horrible roach problem as well
A new management company has taken over. It is NOT a good change. "Landscaping improvements" is code for tearing out every living bush, flower, or other plant and leaving patchy dirt. And I suppose all of the new flood lights, two of which shine directly into my brother's bedroom window, are "security." As for the "updated" pool? THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! it feels like section 8 housing at this point with loads of sketchy people, violent animals just running around without leashes, rude and totally incompetent management who do not care about residents at all. The apartments have roaches, mice, etc. They do not care to fix anything, they've outsourced all their maintenance calls to some call center so nothing ever gets fixed.
