In March, Hickory point billed my credit card. I get a call from them, end of April informing me of a rate change (them wanting to bill my card yet again). When i agree to a price and am billed; i shouldnt expect another bill to come in. Well, they refunded my credit card, BUT NOT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT! When I made my reservation I was told my site was a water front site it was not. The soap in the bathroom is watered down, the doors in the stall don't close properly, when I went to take a shower the water was clogging up and it was dirty, it was so expensive for what they offer here I have stay right by the beach and paid $54 for 3 days and it was absolutely beautiful there I guess its a first time for everything.
Hands down,the best place/area in Florida.Great staff,great owners.Simply a lil' slice of paradise...
I spent January through March at Hickory Point. Loved every minute of it. Nice neighbors. Beautiful view by the river with lots of birds, dolphins, manatees.. Lots of places to walk and explore. Beautiful near by beaches. Great restaurants in the area. I am coming back next winter. Oh, by the way, the staff was great also.
