I have lived here for about a year now and have been pleased with my experience. Maintenance has been very quick on all items I have needed fixed. The apartment is in good condition but I will say due to the type of flooring and how the buildings are connected it can get a bit "echoy". If you end up next to kids or pets that run around, it could be bothersome if you are sensitive to that kind of noise. Other than that it has been a great experience!
I recently moved in to Hickory Place Apartments and the resident manager has been very helpful with the transition moving from another state. He is always available and always took care of any issues very quickly and professionally. I enjoy his get togethers to meet other residents and develop a small sense of community. Thomas has made me feel welcome and safe.
It was such a Pleasure working with Thomas Newsome. He was really informative, and made the process so easy and painless... Again, thank you so much for going above and beyond to make this an easy process!!!!
