We provide individualized care without the constraints of the insurance world, although we do guide patients through the healthcare world.
I drive about two hours for these doctors. They are family friends, take their time with you and your family. You are seen as person and not a number. Don’t even need to make an appointment, this is how healthcare should be. They don’t over diagnose and do what’s best for you and your family. Thank you so much for making my family feel better and reassure me everything is fine (a new Mom). I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
What a blessing to have a Dr. to come to the house to see my wife as she is not able to get out.
I have to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Dr. Ryan Kauffman from Hickory Medical Primary Care for going into the office after 9 PM on a Saturday night to see my 3-yr-old nephew for pink eye...what makes it even better is my nephew lives in another state and is obviously not even one of Dr. Kauffman's patients. Thank you for caring for people, Dr. Kauffman!! P.S. Lance even got a bandaid for the booboo on his leg. ;)
I have been a patient of Dr. Kauffman ever since he took over for Dr. Esch and highly reccomend him. Jen is a asset to his practice. I have always been able to get an appointment the same day I call. Being a patient of of his is like having two more family members. Love both Ryan and Jen and HIGHLY reccommend him and his practice!!
