Great property the rental agent Mia was very helpful.
Highly recommend it . I have been here for a year and it has been fantastic, Ridgetop management are very nice and professional . They always respond quick when i need to ask a question or need something done Has for the apartment it is beautiful, appliances are excellent , I truly recommend it , you will not be disappointed.
In the past 3 years, there has been consistent construction, which has prohibited tenants from being able to park for weeks at a time. The apartments are either sweltering or an icebox with no tenant ability to make temperature adjustments. They have now begun to charge $75 a month for pgage. This year, they have removed the laundry room from the premises. And are frequently cutting off water for one reason or the other. The leasing and viewing process was easier then most. Arrangements were made to view the apartment and the on-site manager answered all questions. Approval and Lease statements were all digital and easy to read and understand.
