This lady upstairs from me keeps throwing full trash bags out her window and the office won’t do anything about it. Pretty soon there will be a scene caused. I can’t even open my window because she keeps throwing garbage out there. Its sad that we have a crisis going on right now but they could atleast guarantee that she would be dealt with when this is all over. This is the thermostat in my apartment after 3 days of calling maintenance this is where we are. MY HEAT IS NOT WORKING. Mind you I have a 8 year old & a 1 year old. I have to layer them up because this property manager couldn’t care less if we are warm or not. I can only thank God it’s not 23 degrees like it was the other night.
