Lot rents keep rising. The streets are breaking down, holes everywhere. More and more lots are vacant. Im looking for a place to move.
They keep raising the rent and do less and less to take care of the park. The roads are full of potholes big enough to be basements and they wont fix them. They do not salt or plow in the winter except around their areas. The office is supposedly open M-F 1-5 yet no one answers the phone. No one answers the emergency maintenance number. The residents are not required to keep their animals put up or on a chain so there is trash everywhere on trash day and other times.
