My husband and I were wanting to rent from them and we have called multiple times and they were just rude. My husband drove 30 mins to give them a deposit on a home there and the maintenance guy answered the door very rudely. My husband took l 30 mins from its lunch to get us a house from them to tell him that the landlord couldn’t take anyone at the moment and my husband asked if they were gonna be open after 2:30 today the maintenance guy say probably not. How unprofessional and rude that was.
THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING ! The management has been saying for yrs now that they are going to fix the POTHOLES! my car IS now tore up ,PLEASE GET ON THIS BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT ! I LIVED HERE 20 YRS AGO AND IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL MAINTANED PARK WITH A PARK MANAGER ON DUTY AND MAINTENCE MEN 24 HR SERVICE .WHERE IS MANAGEMENT ,WHERE IS MAINT AND WHAT IN THE HECK IS GOING ON ! The park is run by a lady who hardly ever shows up , This is Mike I live in the park use to hang out and go to lunch on a daily basis , I haven t paid lot rent at this park since april How is that ? if you want to pay high rent for a lot that is not worth it a community that dosnt take care of the people that live there. dosnt plow their streets in the winter, only upgrades 1 park and their office rather then their lots. no pool and is not willing to make payment arangmennts if you get behind on rent. then this is the place for you.
