The pork ribs and party potato are awesome. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth exiting the interstate for your bbq fix. Highly recommend!

Great ribs. The meat slid right off the bones. The pulled pork, brisket and sweet potato fries were awesome too.
Ate here while staying in Salina for a weekend after reading good reviews and it did not disappoint! From when we placed our order to when we got our food was 5-7 minutes which is fantastic! We had a group of 12 and there were no complaints from anyone. Great flavor with all the food and pretty good size portions at a reasonable price! Recommended based on food we had is the sausage, ribs, pulled pork, baked beans, and potato salad...but I’m sure everything on the menu is amazing! Falling off the bone ribs with plenty of flavor! Your mouth a flavorgasm it has been looking for. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
