This place is excellent. The service is super fast, food is great and the staff are you extremely nice. My first time there, but I will be back.
The only place for BBQ in Salina.
Today was my first time eating at Hickory Hut, and I now have a new favorite restaurant! The potato wedges are the best I’ve ever had, and the Texas stacker was delicious! I was beyond stuffed halfway through my meal, but didn’t want this delicious food to go to waste!
Delicious BBQ chicken, ribs, pulled pork, potato wedges, Cole slaw, baked beans, and Texas toast! YUM!!

It was so good! There was 8 of us, we called ahead and they had seating ready for us. Very helpful staff. The food was great! We definitely plan to return!
