My name is Frank Pawlak, my wife and I have been coming to your restaurant over 16 years. We moved here from Indiana, but we are disappointed because we can't get the bread we have been used to. You may want to rethink where your loyalty is: to your customers, or to your bread company? Especially since your manager says you don't charge us for it. Hmm, not part of food cost? Had dinner at The Hickory House last night and it was Fabulous!
We’ve only heard great things about Hickory House and every time we went before we couldn’t get in due to long wait times. Last night was our first time there and we left very disappointed, not understanding what all the hype was about. The food was not fresh or of any high quality, the only good part, and the only HOT food we received were our appetizers.
