I wouldn't recommend Clovis Apartments to anyone these apartments are full of meth heads and recently for the last few months there have been shooting and the same person is still walking around with the gun nothing has been done about it and I heard that the manager that runs the place is also on meth I can't wait to get to the bottom of this
worse place in Frankfortand there is no one there to keep the place up. The owners don't even know what they are doing there

from what I'm reading today in the newspaper no heat for the fourth day or hot water.....this is so sad and its so cold and its in the teens.....all of y'all need to get together and file against this apt......you're going to be having pipes frozen and breaking everywhere......
