The front desk staff was rude. They called saying they were collecting on past due balances. I never received an invoice. When I questioned the past due on my account the girl got belligerent and snarky.
So thankful for this place!!! Absolutely amazing workers & the dentists are VERY good at what they do. Called for a last minute tooth break & not only did they get me in that day but it was done so well, pain free and efficiently. Not a big fan of going to the dentist but this place changed that for me. No fear and complete confidence in all that they do, so THANKFUL.
The doctors here are awesome! Dr. Tyler is a master at tooth extraction. My fear level of going to the dentist is usually 100 out of 10, but he made it so simple. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This was honestly the best, easiest and least scary tooth extraction I’ve ever had. I wish I could give 10 stars because this place is awesome!
I really loved it here my first visit! So friendly and kind and I felt so comfortable! My next visit not so much, I had asked for an appointment because one of my back teeth had cracked and was causing my tounge to get scratched so it was very uncomfortable, I know my teeth are bad and was told I needed to get them all pulled and get dentures which I completely understand but at this time I can’t affford $5000 some dollars for dental work, I mean honestly in this economy I’m sure people understand that, I was called 2 days p... read more
Dr. Tyler, Dr. Krysten, and all of their staff are AMAZING. They’re wonderful with my daughters, polite, welcoming, and ALL of the good things. Their office manager, Lisa, is wonderful to work with from scheduling appointments, to entertaining my girls during my appointment, to dealing with my insurance company. She always has a smile waiting for you and is so willing to go out of her way for what you may need. I have horrendous dental anxiety and required a wisdom tooth extraction today.
