They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They also mixed up my records with someone else, and have turned her/me over to a collection agency they they keep saying they will fix, but 2 years later, they have not! That is my main complaint
