now Monterey claim 3 million renovation everyone I know that has renovated apartment falling apart they did it half way. tons of mold in my old place refused to fix and now news ones have it. having people sign form saying office not responsible for mold issues that's wrong.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They are not good for their money and will stiff you thousands. Specifically Mike McCoy is not a man you want to do business with. Do not trust these people.
One star is the lowest!!! Stay away. Management is horrible. Mold is my apartment for years. Never fixes what they say they will. Everyone smokes weed and dogs poop all over. Pool is shut down most of summer and laundry rooms are gross. Stay away
Although recent incidents have brought bad light here I personally have never had that big of an issue with management. After our house was burned down we got into a new place almost immediately and had prorated rent as we were not living there after the fire. They are very helpful and Maitnence is always there to help us even if its an in convince. Chris and mike aren't that bad they have a lot going on yes and a lot of people that they deal with so if you think its bad that two managers and two Maitnence guys can't do ever... read more
My ex lived there. As did my friends recently in the building that burnt down. How do you continue letting people live somewhere not up to normal safety codes as everywhere else?!? I dont recommend this place at all.
I do NOT recommend any one to move here. They take months before they fix something that's if they even do it. Do not waste your money on this place it is not worth it
