Heartless company who attempts to scare tenants regarding eviction in the middle of a global health crisis (Covid-19)
They sent out letters during a pandemic basically telling renters if they owed back rent they would be evicted. Literal TRASH! The apt complex has paid for its self in full now on the backs of tenants but in a time when no one can work you want to kick people out. SHADY.
