Honestly I don’t know what I would have done if Baba wasn’t around. He is very knowledgeable about the houses and he is very soft spoken and a great listener. Any fear that I had Baba was able to tackle. Baba was very easy to reach when I needed him and never left me hanging. Couldn’t have done this process without him. Baba and his team did a great Job
Sadly, the superintendents and builder reps at this community are careless and rude. I do not recommend building in this community. People have lived there 8 months and still do not have grass (sod). Maronda is not responsive to questions and concerns. They are not helpful. The company will not survive by offering service as poor as they do. They should be ashamed and should do better.
