In all my years of renting apartments, I have never come across a more horrible property manager than the one at Hickory Estates, who only goes by Chris and makes sure no tenants know his full name. I was a tenant there for quite a few years. I always paid my rent on time, complied with all the requests from management, and got along with my neighbors. I do not recommend these apartments. There were ticks on the property, and parking was very difficult at night, they don't have enough spaces, especially after 5 PM. There was no air conditioning during the summer, and it was extremely hot and humid. We couldn’t even open the windows because they didn’t have screens. When we moved out, I gave proper notice through both text and email, but they later told me that I had not given any notice. Lived at hickory estate years ago. My daughter and myself. Had no complaints. Third floor did get hot yet you could get good airflow thru the apt ( front to back ) with just a fan. Quiet area and I was happy living there.
