The apartment seemed to be a good idea at first. It was a nice area and suitable for 1-2 people. With being on the top floor you could hear everything from the apartment below, at all hours. Convenient access to the highway and surrounding area. Parking was difficult at night time, especially when one unit has multiple cars in the close spots.
