I have been in pain for 24 hours. My dentist is out of town. Hickory Creek Family Dentistry answered my call at 5:21pm and I am now leaving their office after being seen (same day emergency visit) by great assistants and a super funny Dentist. GREAT SERVICE!!! I am now changing our family dentist 🤩

Met dr gierman tonight for a dental emergency, I called and they got my daughter in about 15 min later!! he was able to remove my daughters tooth (she’s 8) talk her through it, explain what his every step was and was extremely patient with her! I highly recommend him! We had a great positive experience and we will definitely be back!!

They used unnecessarily expensive materials for a procedure WITHOUT CHECKING with our insurance company first. Only after it was done. This is confirmed information. And they feel totally justified in slapping us with a bill for over $1000. Sent to the BBB over a year ago and still fighting it. Do NOT go here!!

This office is amazing and Dr Gierman is fantastic! I hated the dentist and tried to avoid it at all cost! When i finally went here i have no more worries everyone was so nice and always made sure i was comfortable. 10/10 recommend
