I lived in this apartment complex for nearly six years, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to prospective tenants. Every lease renewal brought another rent increase, which eventually forced me to move. I visited my friend who used to live here and I'm so glad she moved. The complex was dirty, unsafe, and the outdoor environment was so poorly maintained. Trash and dog poop everywhere. The appliances provided in the unit were so old. With the rent she was paying, the appliances should've been much newer, and the property much cleaner. I do not recommend. I am editing my review I wrote from when I first moved in because I lived there and have now moved out. I will give the property credit for being quiet and safe but I faced a lot of concerns while there. Firstly, the move out process was incredibly difficult. I asked for pricing to renew my lease term for WEEKS and was told I got a rental increase so pricing was not available until the last week of the month. I love my little apartment. The only downfall is the parking. I can almost never get a parking spot close to my building. Sometimes I have to park 3 buildings away when I come home from working a 12 hour shift. Neighbors kinda suck. I'm tired of smelling weed inside of my apartment because of the next door neighbor. And, the people upstairs lets their kids or grandkids run, jump, and stomp late into the night. But, overall, I like the set of apartments.
