we were checking the possibility of purchasing a vehicle-- HOWEVER, with all that's going on with the coronavirus at the present we decided to wait a while-- two of the salesmen responded to my email in question of the car-- they were both very courteous and helpful and although we did not buy at this time, we will keep an eye on their dealership when we are ready to take that step- thanks to them for all their help!-- Ron and Brenda

John (I think he is the owner but not sure) responded immediately and although they had just sold the Honda CRV we were interested in - he gave me advice on test driving and selecting CRV's in general over the phone. Very informative and professional and no pressure.

John is First-Class all the way - upfront, honest, offered to show me all the information & known problems with the vehicle - offered I take it to have a third party inspect it. Offered to put it up on the lift at the dealership so I could see the undercarriage - stayed late when I was closing out the purchase - #1, #1, #1 - will be going back to Hickory Auto Direct in the future - loved my experience there. Thanks Again!
