My review is mixed. I think the clinic is doing great work in assessing the issues and setting up treatments, no doubt about that, no complaint about the quality of service. However, communication could be improved. We were waiting for more than 30 minutes in the morning for our appointment, even asked when we can be seen - to no avail. It is good practice to let people know the wait time will be longer than anticipated, even offer rescheduling. So far so good at 2nd appointment. I did notice there very few hand sanitizers around.
My son had his first appointment with Hickory Asthma And Allergies. I loved the way everyone was so nice polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Inglefield is a wonderful doctor. He also understands a parents concern especially when their child has been to a different allergist that didn't listen to the parent or acknowledge the parents concerns. The doctor listened to everything I said and my concerns for my child's health.
