Jay has been my REALTOR for years and we have done several transactions together. He goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and he is the only agent I know that does customer surveys after all his closings. Jay showed two houses to my fiance and I. We found houses online using Redfin/Zillow and toured the neighborhoods before asking to view the interiors. After our first two tours, Jay became very irate and let us know that he would have to pass us off to another realtor, as he simply doesn't have time to "play games." Definitely an off-putting experience. We are currently looking for a new realtor.
