Doctor is wonderful. Kelly at the front desk should not be interacting with patients. Be ready for a confrontational and dismissive attitude. (Even if you are polite in return).

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? This is the second time I have had a procedure done by Dr. Hickle and both times they have made me feel very comfortable. The Dr. and assistant know how to make the whole experience free of pain and worry. Most pleasant. I left with printed instructions for after care that were explained to my ride and I with great care. I highly recommend this office and doctor.
