I was visiting Hickam while my husband was there for training and decided to cut my long hair short after 30+ years. I made an appointment with Lisa on what was her first day working at the salon. She did an amazing job and I could not be happier! Thank you Lisa from the woman from Cleveland

I booked and paid for my appointment in advance, but when I arrived, the stylist told me she didn't have the energy to do my hair- right after helping someone with more hair than me. Said, that i have to reschedule for another day. I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Very disappointing experience, especially after planning ahead and having limited time.

Walked up about 20 min before closing (4:40) on a Saturday (they are supposed to close at 5:00) to purchase products and to book a future appointment and the lady put a closed sign right on the door when we were reaching for it at. I mean I get it for customers who are expecting hair appts, however she didn't even know why were there...didn't ask, did not care. Honestly kinda rude. If you close at 4:40, you should change your sign and let the exchange know.
