Keike had the huge task of re-baby lighting my xxxl hair. I had a lot of anxiety and definitely freaked out over the bleach damage (that happens with 100% of appointments) as we detangled. My hair was definitely a challenge for any stylist. My hair looks way better and I really appreciate Keike’s expertise throughout my appointment. I am certain that her hair washes at the bowl are the best ever. I have to upload photos to this review once I’ve done my normal recoup of my long locks. Thank you Keike!
I honestly can not understand some of the reviews here, I entered the salon a few mins before my appointment time and was instantly greeted and checked in. Lisa arrived a few mins early as well and got me all set up. I brought a inspo picture and we briefly talked about how we can make it work with my fine/thin hair and what would look good on me. Booked a style cut shampoo service with Nicole. Appointment originally scheduled 4:30pm and she requested to change due to her Dr appt and we agreed to time she offered at 1:30pm. Not even 30mins she added $10 because my hair was longer (past my shoulder) and charged me $70 walked out with wet hair and literally a trim. $10 was ridiculous amount being it’s just a cut - you’re not spending any extra products on it. These prices are ridiculously high for just these services.
It was great! I thought the place was a little sketchy because of the mixed reviews, but I went anyway. Booking the appointment was a cinch, and I got mine for the next day. Michelle was super nice and the salon was a relaxed and welcoming environment. For my first ever experience going blonde, it was not as bad as I thought it would be.
