Front desk lady who schedules appointments is completely checked out, the reviews from the last year say everything that needs to be said. Do yourself and your baby a favor and find another practice who cares about you both
I had my first appointment with HWC as an out-of-state transfer and am so grateful I found this place! Everybody I met in the office was so friendly. Ti helped me feel comfortable and welcomed and Whitney took the time to answer all of our questions. I was seen quickly and never felt rushed. Thank y'all so much for all that you do!
They like to make appointments with you and then cancel. I’ve never had a doctor cancel an appointment with me and this place has canceled on me three times in the span of less than a year. Every appointment I’ve made has been canceled for some reason or another.
If you are pregnant and needing to switch OBs good luck. They only accept new patients not transfers so make sure you don't tell them that information. The most unprofessional medical practice and having to deal with people. Also good luck even getting them on the phone. They won't leave a message, and will put you on hold without saying a word for 20+ minutes. Honestly so disappointed and thought from these reviews they were good but they literally only care for half.
My wife is an established patient there. For more than 3 years.. She has been experiencing some pain and some unusual urinary functions I have left five messages My wife has left three messages I've left two messages with the on call and we don't even get a single call back This place is absolutely great when you can see them but when you just need something or you're in trouble absolutely horrible We are changing providers immediately because this is the most horrendous care or callback service I've ever seen we've been try... read more
