I was trying to transfer care from a local provider that has treated me very poorly and caused a horrific first experience being pregnant with absolutely horrific beside manners and no respect. I called Hibiscus women’s center two weeks ago and never got an answer, I put in an online inquiry which I finally got a call back on week two of trying to reach them. I filled them in on my situation, pregnancy and where I was currently being seen. They told me I needed to go into my provider and have my records transferred to be rev... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you’re pregnant they suck!! Their policies are a joke. They don’t care!! They would rather stick to their stupi... read more

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy. Why do they enjoy stressing pregnant women? They tried to schedule my ob intake when I’d be 20 weeks? I had to argue with them and call every day to get in at 10. They were too LAZY to send a preauth for nausea medication and ARGUED with me that it didn’t need it. I even had the insurance call and leave a message saying they needed a preauth. The PHLEBOTOMIST IN MELBOURNE IS TERRIBLE. Doesn’t do hipaa time out. SPEAKS AT A VERY LOUD VOLUME SO LOUD THE WOMEN AT THE NURSING DESK TUR... read more
