Phenomenal hotel. Very clean, great staff and the view is absolutely beautiful
Disappointing stay .... as a platinum guest the property has not stayed up to par with other Marriotts. They lack amenities, no concierge lounge, you have to pay for chairs around pool. The excuse on amenities was that they are a resort? Called the front desk on day of arrival about issues with our room that was booked a month ago and still no response from front desk management within 24 hours. There must be a big list of quality issues.
I was there 4 days for a conference. The room was nice and clean. The food was really good. And the staff were really pleasant.
Always a pleasure to stay at any Marriott's, but we love Myrtle Beach.
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff, however, is rude. I am Lifetime Gold, Nine Year Platinum Member and I had to threaten that I was going to file a compliant in order to get a 2pm checkout. Additionally, when we checked in, the gentleman that checked us in was extremely rude.
If you want to enjoy the beach and the pool then this is a great place
The hotel is beautiful but the best part of this place is the staff. They went above and beyond for us all week. Tons of activities to do with the kids. We'll be back soon!
Our stay was so amazing! There is so much to do and see throughout the large resort. We enjoyed ever moment, and can not wait to come back!
