We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff & service were excellent. This was our first time in Myrtle Beach. We have stayed at Marriot's Grand Ocean Resort in Hilton Head & it was wonderful as well.
It's our first trip to this resort we would highly recommend it
Nice place for a short get away. Rooms are a bit small but clean. 2 big pools and steps away from the beach. My only complain is that there were not enough umbrellas by the pool ( none on the beach unless you pay 40$ per day to rent it). Also, the housekeeping didn't speak a word of English and went to our room when we specifically tried to explain not to clean that day. But otherwise, great location in a quite part of the town.
Great place to chill out to the sounds of crashing waves and enjoy all the amenities at your fingertips! Couldn't ask for a better place!!
Be careful they will not honor what they say and let the person who stayed in our room before us charge over $500. to our credit card after they had already checked out. The manager did try to take care of us but was transferred and the new management is not trying to help. The assistant front manager is very rude and lied to us when we had the proof in an email.
I really enjoy coming here it has everything I need comfortable clean room delicious food great spa fitness center friendly people work here.
Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the resort was under construction during our stay we barely noticed. The pools and dining areas were lovely.
Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, right on the ocean; Wonderful people, great service... I enjoyed it and will be visiting again!
