I was very excited to find a doctor in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, my excitement ended there. If you need to check a box and say you saw a doctor this a very convenient place to go. If you are looking for attentive medical help don't waste your time or money. I have taken a statin for a decade in order to address extremely high cholesterol. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience at Hibiscus Medical. While Dr. Frederick was kind and initially seemed to care about my health, I encountered a serious medication issue that, based on other reviews, appears to be common with her practice. I’ve been on the same depression medication for years and needed a refill. Dr. Fredrick is incredible at what she does. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, and supportive. The office is beautiful and calming. I would highly recommend Hibiscus Medical.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Frederick, marked by a lack of responsiveness and professionalism. As a senior citizen, I provided her with a simple form requiring minimal effort—just checking five boxes and signing. While other doctors completed similar forms in 10–20 minutes, her office repeatedly told me it would take 2–4 weeks. 1 star for a nice looking office. I visited on Jul 3rd for an annual physical and blood test. As some of the other reviewers have said, Dr. Frederick's bedside manner is distant and leaves a lot to be desired. During the physical, she never asked about any concerns I have. Outside of using her stethoscope to listen to my lungs and heart, she didn't feel for any lumps, etc. She did ask about family history.
