I've been going to this office for almost 10 years and have uniformly had a very positive experience. I've always appreciated the consistency of the staff. On my visit earlier in the month, I was surprised to see an entirely new team of hygienists.
Absolute nightmare to deal with this office. Unreturned phone calls, mystery bills in the mail that say " pay this now"!!!!!, just a mess.
I have been using Hibiscus Dental for years...and recently got rid of my dental insurance plan while switching off of Golden Rule Insurance to the "Marketplace." They have this plan (HMSP) that Shannon turned me onto..."Health Mouth Savings Plan." Super cheap...does all the stuff I normally do plus more. IDK, maybe check it out if you aren't on a Medicare Advantage option, or a Veteran. It's a good deal :-)
My wife called Hibiscus Dental Monday morning with chronic tooth pain. The staff worked her into the schedule that morning and resolved the problem. Everyone was professional and kind. Great experience!
Best dental experience! Went to the office for a consultation a bad tooth with pain.From the front desk staff and the back staff both were great! Dr Billhartz was very kind explaining my options for my daughter and referred me to the Satellite office for the procedure she needed! We were very impressed with the speed of service and the attention and attitude of both offices. Thank you so much for taking care of us in such a delicate decision.
