My visit to this dental clinic was absolutely the worst dental experience of my life. The dentist should be charged through the FL board of dentistry... A year later, Why am I still on their mailing list wishing me happy birthday when I made it quite clear that I would not be returning!
Every appointment I’ve had at Hibiscus Dental has been a positive experience. Dr. Jade and the whole team are amazing, friendly, professional, and put you at ease the whole time you’re in the chair. I recently started Invisalign treatment with Evenly and that experience has been amazing and so convenient. Freddy is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable and I appreciate his availability with any questions or concerns I may have.

Can't give -000000 Horrible customer service experience with an employee there. Making fun of me as a patient then refusing to pass the phone to another staff member. Never going back there.
Had a tooth pulled on Monday and on Thursday went back because of pain and swelling. They put me in a chair and Dr. Jade didn’t even look at it! He said it’s normal.Now it’s Saturday morning at 3 am and the pain is so bad I can’t sleep! Never use Jade!
