My girlfriend and I wanted something different. Wow! I think we may have found a new favorite!
Had lunch yesterday for the first time at Hibiscus Caribbean Grill...the food was amazing! Jessie our server was extremely attentive with a kool 'Jamerican' vibes. We had the pleasure of meeting Vincent the owner so humble. If you are wanting to try some good Jamaican/Caribbean food and your in the Tulsa area this is the place to eat!
I purchased an 18 dollar ox tail plate and received 5 small pieces, my sides of mac & cheese and rice & beans were not fresh. I grew up in Brooklyn and reside in Florida now, I'm really disappointed in this meal and I'm not driving 30 minutes back to return it. Lesson learned, however the staff seemed very nice.
Good food...great service...stiff drinks. The only drawback was the space to sit. But we enjoyed every minute at the bar.
I wanted to love this place. Some good, some not. Overall, not impressed.
