We started with Dr. Hiben 17 years ago. He has treated all three of my babies. He is an amazing doctor. I cannot recommend him enough! He has amazing bedside manner, truly loves his patients, and is honest with his parents. We drive 45-60 minutes to see Dr. Hiben, because he is worth it.
Dr. Hiben is an incredible pediatrician with a down to earth wit. He is very personable and you can tell he cares very deeply for his patients. For example, when my daughter was 18 months old she was fighting a constant ear infection and temperature spikes . He was always available through his answering service and returned all calls promptly. On one occasion my wife called him at 8 or 9 at night because after a brief discussion he told us to go to the emergency room he beat us there beca
Dr. Hiben is amazing with my kids! I trust him completely and can't imagine leaving my child's care to any other doctor.
I've been taking my son to Dr. Hiben since he got home from the hospital. About 8yrs now. The only thing I don't like now is you have to make an appt. No more walk-ins.
Dr. Hiben is a wonderful doctor. He is very personable and makes you feel like the only patient in the building. Dr. Hiben listens and addresses any and all concerns professionally. I am disappointed that we are switching insurances and will no longer be able to continue seeing him. I highly recommend Dr. Hiben.
Dr Hiben is an excellent pediatrician. He makes both the children and parents feel at ease. My daughter is 6 yrs old and has been seeing Dr Hiben since she was 5 weeks old. I like his conservative manner. I don't want a prescription every time I bring my daughter to the doctor, sometimes you just need reassurance that you are doing the right thing. My daughter and I eould follow him anywhere!
Simply put, I trust Doctor Hiben with my children's health with no reservation.
Dr.Hiben, Has been my children's pediatrician for 19 years. I see some reviews were people complain of the wait. My opinion if you don't want to wait go to a physician with no personality who will look at your child,write a script and send you on your way, Like your child is product on an assembly line. I work in the medical field and I understand a time crunch. When it comes to my children's health it's worth the wait for compassion, care and knowledge. My kids love him!
Dr. Hiben personally very good doctor always listen your problem and treat the patient in a very calm way. But unfortunately , everytime even i have appointment doctor not see until 40-45 mins wait time . I dont know when will patient time is important for doctor and whats the point of giving appointment . If you miss appointment by few minutes they say you need to make another appointment. Improve the standard not just premium price
