I went to get an oil change and tires rotated at a different location and that shop said my front tires were too bad that they couldn't rotate them. My tires are only 1 year OLD! I brought my vehicle here right after leaving the other place and they checked my tires right away and they were fine. They went ahead and rotated them for me as well! Thank you Oscar for being so courteous and fast! Especially when I was just a walk in without an appointment!
When I walked in I told them I had a tire going low needed checked. They said ok and I dropping off or waiting. I said waiting. They should have at that time gave me an option as it was going to take awhile to get to my jeep. I sat there for 45 min finally asked how long since my jeep wasn't even in a stall they said another 15 min. Was 20 before they got into a stall. You need to tell your clients how long the wait is specially if they are sitting there. Give them the option to try another day.
I was there for a brake check up and manager Oscar told me the brakes looks fine but I recommend you needed 4 new tires I got my tires 6 months ago be aware people this manager is not honest.
They were able to fix my issues and completed the job very quick. The 6 months no interest when using my Hibdon card is a great option.
I was sent to this location by the Hibdon closer to my house that couldn't honor my online apt...They where awesome, went above and beyond to make me feel like my busines mattered and honored my 2'o clock apt from the other location... I'm switching to this location from now on!!!
