After having a blowout on the highway in our fully loaded 4 horse trailer and limping to this location i will say the customer service was severely lacking. I don't expect to cut to the front of the line but the store wasn't very busy and I asked if we could borrow a tire gage to check the tire pressure in our spare. I was told it would be several hours and basically I'm just SOL. Normally I have my own pressure gage in my console but we're driving a loaner. They counter person and the technician were incredibly nice. Came in because I ran over a ladder in the middle of the highway during a storm. I was afraid I had damaged my tires. They quickly lifted the car and checked for damage. Thankfully nothing, but it was nice of them to take care of customers. Great customer service.
Hands down the worst hibdon I’ve been to/dealt with. You’ll find your vehicle just sitting there with no one attending to it. And it’ll be sitting there for 25 , 30 minutes. The last 2 times I’ve been here , I’ve been here for over 3 hours. Terrible customer service. Pretty much the blind leading the blind.
Normally a super great place. Just a little frustrating when you call 6 hours before to set up an appointment and when you get there they tell you there is a 3 hour wait. Happened a couple weeks. Other than that it’s good
