This company is not professional at all. How are you going to change spark plugs on my family’s car. Than not even mention that you cracked the windshield and only take $100 off the bill because of your mistake. A windshield replacement is way more than $100. This is on the management!

Sheena is awesome! Always finds a way to get my vehicle back up and running at the best cost! She has the best customer service. Edit 7/12/23 - had a screw in my tires (thanks storm season in OK). Got my car on the rack in about 20 minutes with no appointment. Granted it was a not too busy wednesday, but it was quick and painless due to my purchase of a Road Hazard Warranty (MUST buy at time of tire purchase!!!! Only available then and it's worth it with Tulsa's potholes/craters!!) Great service, Sheena is still AWESOME!
