I took 2 vehicles to them for an alignment. The first one now pulls to the right. The second vehicle I had 2 new tires and alignment. It now shakes over 70. Which it didn't do before. Yes they offered to make it right, but not my first bad experience here. Guess I should have learned. My point being that it should have been done right the first time. I want a refund, no longer trust them with my vehicles

brought my car in for ac charge. had a 2pm appointment. at 4:05 they tell me it's $178 but it's still blowing warm air. it needs more work. now theyre taking the freon out because i said I'm not paying you all this money and it doesn't even work. not the first hassle I've had here. I've given more thsn one chance but I am DONE
