Zero stars is not an option! I brought a Jet Ski in for repair I was told there would be a delay because during the summer months they are busy. Being acceptig of this I let the Ski with them. I called after two weeks to check the status and no work had been done. Finally, after two months (the entire summer) I went in to get some answers.
