Clean comfortable waiting area, fair price. Did not feel pressured to have more work done. Rachel is great. I was all set after an hour, I waited for my car.
Good service, clean environment, polite staff. Certain days it can be very busy and you might have to wait awhile but you get your standard quality service Good leadership.
If youre looking for an oil change to consist of a loose oil pan plug that leaks and can be taken off with a thumb and finger but a way over tightened filter, to the point it has to be cut off or even an alignment where you have to go in the shop and tell the techs how to do it, where its at and it takes a 12mm wrench for the rear after arguing that your car indeed DOES have rear adjustable cambers, then I give a 5 star. This was the 3rd place I had taken my car to for it making a weird noise every time I turned right. One place quoted me $4000 and to replace my entire rack, one place could find anything wrong and when I came in Steven was very helpful called me back so fast and the problem was fixed for a fraction of what the other place said! The friendliness, quickness of service, and cost has made a new repeat customer out of me if I have any different problems in the future!
Highly recommend!!, great service very respectful went through every process beforehand and even broke it down to dummy talk for me. Was very thorough in fixing my problem and had it done quick. Great prices and warranties. Will use their services again. And helped determine persisting problem after former mechanic said was fixed.
