I paid cash for my jordan’s I’m trying to get a refund every store saying they don’t have cash for my refund don’t pay cash at Hibbett sport I’ve never heard anything like this before unbelievable
Ordered these and they sent mismatching sizes view pictures ordered a 11 got a size 12 because outside of return window offered me a coupon code how does that help the customer ? They just take your money and wipe hands clean upsetting being a customer since 2017 I will not order anything else do better it's 2026 also customer service manager Murphy on the phones is like a robot
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Hibbert Sports. I placed an order for the Pine-colored Foamposite, and I have not yet received the product or a refund. This situation is unacceptable, and I am concerned about the status of my payment.
Horrible customer service. Would not take a return item with a receipt due to the tag being removed. They called it defective mechandice. You could clearly tell there was nothing defective. The written policy at the checkout counter says nothing about no returns if a tag has been removed! It clearly says returns are excepted with a receipt. We only wanted to get a smaller size.
Their online site is trash. Don't shop with them. Placed an order with them for running shorts. The next day, they canceled the order with no explanation why. I figured maybe it was a mistake, so I went back on the site, saw that the shorts were still available, and ordered them again. The next day, they canceled again, and again no explanation why.
