Their online site is trash. Don't shop with them. Placed an order with them for running shorts. The next day, they canceled the order with no explanation why. I figured maybe it was a mistake, so I went back on the site, saw that the shorts were still available, and ordered them again. The next day, they canceled again, and again no explanation why. Charged me the full amount when it shows on the receipt I should have been charged $4 after my $116 gift card. The international call center was about as helpful as you could imagine.

I left your store (1550) feeling completely dismissed and disrespected. I was accused by the store manager, Montez, of falsifying receipts and attempting fraud—claims that were not only false, but handled in an inappropriate and unprofessional way. It started with a phone call where I asked for help locating an in-store pickup order. Montez refused to assist and ended the call by hanging up on me. Worst place to do business. Sneakers were ordered 3/31 and tracking showed them sitting at the same location at fedex from 4/9 until 4/21. I filed a claim which apparently they don’t let you do unless it’s not moving for 10 days. Now tracking says usps has the package. At this point I’ve bought the sneakers elsewhere and don’t need them. But since they’re moving through the system again, they won’t give me a refund. Just bad customer service. There are more responsive places to do business.

Ordered a pair of sneakers for my niece on 03/13/2025. They arrived about a week later and we realized they were to small. After waiting two days to start the return process after getting them because of their system being down, we were able to print the ticket off and have them shipped back. It’s now 04/08/2025 and I still haven’t had my money deposited back into my account and they were received by the warehouse almost a week ago. Worst place to buy an item from.
