I have called four days in a row and have been on hold each time for over 40 minutes and have not talked to ONE single person. I was charged but did not receive an email nor did I receive any confirmation other than the SCREEN SHOT I took! Someone better reach out to me about my Ofer. This type of customer service is VERY disappointing. I still have not received my order and I will go further with this issue if it is not resolved.
