Had a easy, seamless experience.
The lady was very rude over the phone raising her voice, not even trying to help me figure out anything regarding what happened to my order. I was told there was nothing she could do to assist (which is untrue). I then drove from work on my lunch break and there was a very nice gentlemen with locs who went above and beyond to assist! But to that mean woman, Why work in customer service with a nasty attitude and if you don’t care about how you speak to others?
