Always helpful
The employees could absolutely care less about helping you. No one even comes over to get sizes for you or even to see if you need help. We had to yell across the room to tell them we needed sizes and that’s if they are actually visible and not hiding in the back. They would rather keep their earbuds in than to talk to you. So frustrating and disappointing!! Surely you can do better.
I went in the store around 6 pm Thursday evening (11/20/25). There were 2 young guys standing behind the counter, one greeted me and went to the back and the other who looked like a high school kid was busy texting or whatever on his phone and never looked up. The cashiers are always rude and never want to help and they act like your bothering them when you ask them for anything, and when you go to pay they always seem to walk off and help someone else instead of just letting you finish the sale, this has happened to me at the Roswell location multiple times now and to be honest this is why I barley shop here, I only needed to find some pink football socks and yall had the only pair left in town (as it seemed) but when I asked the cashier he told me "nah bro, we ain't got nothing ... read more
