We had to go find someone to help us to try on shoes. When we were ready to check out we waited several minutes for someone to come help. It wasn’t that busy.
Bad, the help just looked at u like u are suppose help yourself
Zero stars. Customer service was awful. They seem to not care about making a sale. The workers just stand behind the counter on their phones with their hoods up. Had to take shoes off of the display and walk over to them and ask for them to get the correct size, which of course was an inconvenience for them. The female employee had offensive profanity on her sweatshirt. Not a great place to shop.
