bought our first rental, liked everything they said, they sent me some information (copy of rental contract) and then never responded to 3 v/m, and 2 email follow ups. *** Update called 3 more times curious 3 months later. Left v/m never heard anything. Email once more never heard anything. Called and finally got them on the line, they promised they'd email me the next day, never did. Called again this morning (generic v/m) and low and behold I get an email saying "sorry we can't help you" this was not me RENTING this was me... read more
