The food was good. It took a long time for someone to come over to our table and start preparing the good. I was so embarrassed because it was my moms and my brothers first time. Our waitresses never came back to ask if we needed more drinks and she over charged me for fried rice.
Wish no stars was an option. This place needs to get inspected. Saw bugs crawling around the floors. Not to mention their food gave me food poisoning. Don't waste your time here. Albertsons has better sushi.
Came to Texas for vacation had heard about this place.....I was so dissatisfied! My drink was poorly made. My food was horrible and there was a long hair in my food. My server ignored my table the majority of the time. And as management you should never talk down to employees in front of customers because im there for a special experience, I don't want to listen to you talking down to your staff. We went last night for my sons 20th Birthday. They were great. My kids absolutely loved the show the cook put on and our waiter was super. The food was amazing. My family cannot wait to go back.
Me and my wife would always go here like every other weekend and we use to have really good service when we had this guy as our waiter. He would be on top of our food and drinks. But the last few months we have not seen him and the service became shitty. We ALWAYS ordered the bento boxes, but they got rid of it. Now they got rid of the miso soup and only serving onion soup cause SUPPOSEDLY nobody orders the miso soup anymore. Like that is better than the onion soup and more popular at least I think it is.
