I go to this restaurant for two reasons, the great food and the fact it's a five-star participating restaurant. However, I went today and was told that they do not use the five star app on the weekends. Had I not asked before they put the order in, I would have paid money and not gotten rewarded for lunch for four at the dinner price. Buyer, beware, not everything this restaurant does is publicized to the public if you don't know to ask.
Our waitress told us that the 18% gratuity added was for the chef. She lied to get an extra 20% tip. Management seemed to not care.
Been eating therre since it opened. Tonite was terrible. Almost every part of our order was wrong or late. Manager was worthless. Last time we will dine there.
IF I COULD GIVE -0 STARS, I WOULD!!! I'm seriously pissed!! My 16 year old son and his girlfrend went to Hibachi's in Burleson. After they paid, the waiter literally FOLLOWED them outside DEMANDING a bigger tip!!! My son called me and my husband and the waiter was saying that my son was being rude for not tipping him enough because 10% of his sales has to go to the cook and him not tipping him enough made him lose money!
